Replacement policy
At Pebbl, we want every purchase to spark joy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll make it right — by sending you a replacement.
Eligibility

Eligible: items damaged or defective on arrival, items that are different from what you ordered, or items missing parts.

Not eligible: damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or products that have been used (unless the defect was present on delivery).
Request window

Raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
(Refunds are offered only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, and must be approved by our team.)
Condition

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags/manuals intact (unless the defect/damage requires otherwise).
How to request

Share a clear unboxing video of the product showing the full package opening, product condition, and any issue. (This helps us verify damage/defects quickly.)

What we’ll do

We’ll confirm eligibility within 48 hours of receiving your request.

If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide return-shipping instructions.

After receiving and inspecting the product:

Replacement: We’ll ship your replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refund: Refunds are offered only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, and must be approved by our team.

Refund Processing Timeframe: Post-approval, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

Refund Credit Timeframe: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
