Replacement policy


At Pebbl, we want every purchase to spark joy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll make it right — by sending you a replacement.

Eligibility

  • Eligible: items damaged or defective on arrival, items that are different from what you ordered, or items missing parts.

  • Not eligible: damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or products that have been used (unless the defect was present on delivery).

Request window

  • Raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
    (Refunds are offered only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, and must be approved by our team.)

Condition

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags/manuals intact (unless the defect/damage requires otherwise).

How to request

  1. Email hello@pebblbrains.com with your order ID and a brief description.

  2. Share a clear unboxing video of the product showing the full package opening, product condition, and any issue. (This helps us verify damage/defects quickly.)

What we’ll do

  • We’ll confirm eligibility within 48 hours of receiving your request.

  • If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide return-shipping instructions.

  • After receiving and inspecting the product:

    • Replacement: We’ll ship your replacement within 5–7 business days.

    • Refund: Refunds are offered only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, and must be approved by our team.

      • Refund Processing Timeframe: Post-approval, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

      • Refund Credit Timeframe: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
